Residence magnifique, appartement très moyen !
Plus : situation géographique, rés fleurie, jolie vue, piscine
Moins : logement sale, bouilloire couverte de calcaire, tv avec 2 chaînes, étagère frigo cassée, chaise de jardin fendue, placard qui ne coulisse pas, il reste même le gros pot de peinture si vous voulez refaire les murs, barbecue interdit et pas du tout toléré comme dit à l'agence, en rez de jardin, idéal pour des personnes à mobilité réduite, sauf que la voiture est à 100 mètres, le logement est accessible par un dédale de marches pour arriver au niveau -2... Ça fait trop pour donner une bonne note !
