Literie correcte mais appartement vieillot , électricité non conforme , vaisselle usée , beaucoup de radiateurs mais qui ne chauffent pas très bien . Plaque de cuisson faible. Pour conclure : trop loin des pistes . Pas d’état des lieux au départ , nous avons constaté quelques défauts (chaises déboîtées , plaque de cuisson mal nettoyée etc…)

L'appartement a été rénové en 2017, L'électricité a été refaite en 2017 avec rajout d'un 30 MA et donc aux normes de sécurité, radiateurs de 1000 watts changés en 2018,volet roulant côté vallée changé en 2018, fenêtre de la salle de bains changée en 2021, sols de la salle de bains et des WC changés en 2021, plaque vitrocéramique changé en 2021.
L'appartement est situé en face des pistes, juste la route à traverser et prendre l'escalier en bois, le début des pistes se trouve en haut du Pla d'Adet avec les écoles de skis, pour les personnes qui savent skier pas besoin de prendre le départ des pistes.
En ce qui concerne l'état des lieux, jusqu'à présent jamais de problème avec les locataires, bonne communication avec ceux-ci et transmission des problèmes quand ils existent.
