tout est parfait - superbe appartement très bien équipé - emplacement de rêve face à la mer - nous avons eu la chance de profiter de superbe couchers de soleil et le passage des dauphins très proches de la plage - très grand garage en sous-sol dans résidence sécurisée - super accueil des propriétaires très arrangeant pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ - nous y retournerons -

Great location but not a luxury apartment!

The description wasn’t accurate - the apartment was in need of decoration and wasn’t well equipped - not even any soap! The owner demanded an extra €60 for ‘linens’ - ie towels & sheets a day before we arrived. We were not informed before this so had to agree - they were really poor quality. There was no lockbox as advertised and we had to make a diversion to collect the keys from the owner’s father’s house!?! (He was very nice though). The owner also randomly demanded a €100 cleaning fee the day before we left (again with no warning). We cleaned the flat (and took pictures) but he still tried to charge us (despite being much cleaner than when we arrived). Great location but whole experience left a bad taste,

Strandurlaub in Luxusappartement

Wir sind immer noch begeistert von unserem Urlaub in Capbreton. In den vielen Jahren, in denen wir dort unsere Urlaubstage verbracht hatten, habe wir uns selten so wohl gefühlt.. Die Wohnung direkt am Plage centrale bietet einen unglaublichen Blick aufs Meer bis hin zu den Pyrenäen, zu jeder Tageszeit. Die Möglichkeit, schnell mal gegenüber im Meer ein Bad zu nehmen und dann wieder mittels Aufzug im dritten Stock seine Ruhe vor dem munteren Publikum zu finden, welche sich naturgemäß in der Saison dort aufhält, ist beeindruckend. Die Wohnung hat alle Annehmlichkeiten, die eine moderne luxuriöse Wohnung bieten kann. Vollständig eingerichtete Küche, herrliche Aussicht bei bodentiefen Fenstern und - nicht immer selbstverständlich- Matratzen in den Betten, die nicht altersbedingt ausrangiert wurden, sondern ohne merkliche Abnutzung einen herrlichen Schlaf garantieren, im sanften Rythmus vom Meeresrauschen. Bei einem Luxusobjekt wie diesem hätte man eigentlich einen wahren Zerberus als Hüter dieser Pracht erwartet. Laurence als Gastgeberin war genau das Gegenteil, obwohl unsichtbar und zurückhaltend, stets liebenswürdig und sofort hilfsbereit, wenn Hilfe gebraucht wurde. So war die Übernahme und Rückgabe mit Endreinigung völlig problemlos. Selbst ein Schaden am Mietobjekt, von uns versehentlich verursacht, wurde mit einer Großzügigkeit behandelt, wie uns das angenehm überrascht hat. Sie hat mit diesem Verhalten unseren Urlaub wohltuend begleitet. Deshalb: Wir kommen wieder!

Séjour au top

Un emplacement de rêve pour un appartement très bien agencé et parfaitement équipé, super agréable à habiter. Entendre le ressac des vagues la nuit : quel bonheur ! Et que dire du coucher de soleil ? Un régal. Comme une envie de garder secrète cette adresse tant on a eu le coup de foudre… merci à Laurence pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse : à l’année prochaine on espère !

Bon séjour grâce à la météo et l emplacement de l appartement

Location proposée par abritel comme haute premium, l appartement et la situation ok , mais pour l équipement c est tout autre , poêles rouillée , casseroles médiocres , vaisselle mal lavée , cafetière 2 pers, sièges rouillés , l hôte ne joue pas le jeu . Pas d accueil à l arrivée, rien de plus au départ. Manque total d implication de l hôte pour cette location . DOMMAGE

Appartement très agréable mais propreté cuisine douteuse, frigo sale , plan de travail collant, une friteuse démontée qui traîne... Sans cela très bien situé, un peu bruyant quand il y a une tempête à cause du système de ventilation
