Spring Break Getaway

Pros - Location Location Location. Pool & beach not crowded. Pool staff very pleasant. Cons - “Apartment” was in pretty rough shape. Dining chairs and bar stools were broken down. Faucet in bathroom made a jackhammer sound when running. The actual tub/shower was peeling. Living room and bedroom temperature control was non existent. Should have not had a humidity problem in mid-March. No shears behind bedroom curtains. Patio door would not lock. Very thin walls, we had an end unit and it was still very noisy. I believe our party likely gave the fitness room its deepest cleaning in months.... If you have other options I would go elsewhere. We will not return!!!

Nice Condo but service lacking

We enjoyed our actual unit but the property staff at the front desk were not always friendly. The place lacked amenities I would expect for what we paid. Towels were awful... worse that you get at a Motel 8. TV stopped working and it took 2 days to get it repaired. Internet connection was terrible.

Spacious 2BR with views of Collins Ave

Fairly well updated 2BR, 2 Bath Unit with view of back (Collins Ave.) Property lobby, pool, and fitness center dated, but well maintained. Lobby store very dirty. Great beach access with chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Pool may not have been heated during our stay. Near Eden Roc and Fountainbleu. Good value.
