This spacious 28m² studio full of charm, perfectly maintained and pleasantly decorated, is located in the heart of the resort in immediate proximity to shops, ski school, nursery and ski lifts.

Its corner position in the residence offers plenty of natural light.



The studio is composed as follows:



- 1 Mountain room closed by a door with a bunk bed (2x90x190). Accompanied by cupboards and storage spaces.

- 1 Bathroom with bathtub, WC, washbasin and window

- 1 Spacious living area including:

A Lounge area with sofa bed (160x200), a TV with DVD player, a bay window offering a view of the mountains and shops.

A kitchen with cupboards, gas cooker with oven and 4 electric hobs, pressure cooker, mixer, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster.

A French window gives access to the balcony facing North-East with a view of the street, the valley, the mountains and the ski slopes.
