Going on vacation with your pet: you are welcome at Le Clos Licagnas

The small village of Cardet is ideally located between Anduze, UzĂšs and NĂźmes. This contemporary holiday home, consists of a living room / stay, a fitted kitchen equipped with an American fridge (3 function dispenser), fresh water, crushed ice and ice cubes to make your best cocktails. ; 3 bedrooms including a master suite with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool, 2 bathrooms, 3 WCs, a summer kitchen, a closed garage (20mÂČ) and parking for several vehicles on the enclosed grounds. You are calm, on the edge of a picturesque village, surrounded by vineyards. Ideally located for walks, by car or by motorbike. An internet connection (wifi) is also available.

From the shaded terrace, facing south, you have access to a secure swimming pool of +/- 8x4. The swimming pool is surrounded by a 'Provencal Style' beach from which you have a beautiful open view of the vineyards.

In the surroundings you will have the choice between the Gardon river with its magnificent gorges, the sea on the Camargue side with Les Saintes Maries de la Mer or the fiesta side with the Grau du Roi or the Grande Motte.

Close to shops and activities you will enjoy a relaxing setting while being able to practice many sporting and cultural activities (hiking, bamboo plantation, fishing, steam train from the CĂ©vennes, etc.).

Huis & zwembad waren super, alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, in orde en proper. Bij aankomst zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenares. Ook voor de honden was het een super verblijf, het domein is er op voorzien dat ze niet weg kunnen.

On se sent comme Ă  la maison! En ce qui concerne l'extĂ©rieur, belle terrasse situĂ©e plein sud avec trĂšs jolie piscine sans vis-Ă -vis. July 2018. My familie and I have just spend two weeks in this Fantastic house. The house looks just like the pictures taken. We enjoyed the pool and the wiev from the terrace a lot 😀 The pool and house saa nicely cleaned!!. At last we would like to thank Beatrice and Koen for their Warm welcome . Ils ont Ă©tĂ© prĂ©venants, trĂšs Ă  l'Ă©coute et prĂ©sents Ă  la moindre demande, sans ĂȘtre envahissants, ce qui est trĂšs agrĂ©able. La maison possĂšde tout ce qu'il faut pour que les vacances se passent du mieux possible tant en termes d'Ă©quipements que de confort et d'espace. Merveilleux séjour

Nous tenons Ă  remercier BĂ©atrice et Koen pour leur accueil chaleureux lors de notre arrivĂ©e dans leur magnifique villa. La villa est totalement conforme aux photos. Facile d'accĂšs et proche des villes d'AlĂšs, Anduze, NĂźmes, UzĂšs, etc. Mobilier moderne, trĂšs belle cuisine full Ă©quipĂ©e (vous ne manquerez de rien pour cuisiner c'est certain - il y a mĂȘme un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur amĂ©ricain!). Il y a un belle et grande terrasse donnant accĂšs Ă  la piscine exposĂ©e plein sud - et en plus de tout cela: une cuisine d'Ă©tĂ© pour y passer des moments agrĂ©ables le soir (l'endroit idĂ©al pour prendre l'apĂ©ro). Superbe sĂ©jour trĂšs reposant et les hĂŽtes sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables, comprĂ©hensifs et gentils! Excellent rapport qualitĂ©-prix! Bref, nous y avons passĂ© de superbes vacances et nous y retournerons sans hĂ©sitation.
