Stay for a month in our beautiful villa.

Thank you for your response. We are still learning and work very hard to accommodate any comments made. The water heater issue has been resolved. It's hard to know when the BBQ gas runs out. We have replaced it with a new one. The extra decorations will be pared down to make it feel less lived in. Although, we keep the house very clean, and get great reviews for that, it is listed as lived in. We work hard to keep our home competitive, but sometimes we may overlook something. Feel free to ask about a discount if you feel it is a more fair price. Thank you.

While we have many/most of our reviews are outstanding, I am sorry this guest was unsatisfied. Our house is lived in. We rent out for short weekend stays. We leave several guest drawers empty and large hooks on every bedroom and bathroom door to hang clothes on. The extra sleeping areas mentioned are clearly pictured. The "5th" bedroom, is not a sitting porch. It is a Jack and Jill room off of the other two bedrooms as pictured on the website. There are two small drawers in that room as well. Yes, the trundle mattress is in the closet and takes a moment to put it on the trundle springs under the bed. There is an excellent hide-a-bed in the family room. The one in the game room could be replaced. We will reduce our overall capacity to not include it. Generally, it is just a bonus-- it sleeps ok, and there is a thick memory pad to put on it. I did notice a couple tattered towels in the 2nd bath. I have many, many extra towels for convenience and personal use. I will add two new sets of towels for the guest racks. The air conditioning filter is hidden under a table and must have been forgotten about, it will be attended to immediately. The pool is an HOA, as listed on the website. The key was easily retrieved in the cabinet in the laundry room with directions and instructions as to how to access the key fob. If it is 3 miles as opposed to 1, I apologize. I estimated. If I was construed to be unfriendly, I greatly apologize. I work very hard to be friendly. This is a private home and we are not property managers, sometimes life may make a voice sound unfriendly when not intended. Again, very sorry. The washer and dryer are now made available for use. We enjoy sharing our home with those who take it for what it is, a beautiful Victorian home, shared by owners with love. I will try to be more precise as to this in the description. I have actually pared down quite a bit since the pictures and will do more to make it more comfortable to those who may not feel comfortable "seeing" our space. Please feel free to ask questions or request accommodations that will make your stay more comfortable. Our goal is to have you enjoy our beautiful home as much as we do.
