The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and complimentary hotel-quality linen to ensure you’ll have a comfortable sleep. The bathroom has all the necessities you’ll need to freshen up such as a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

Located along the Saône at the foot of the plateau Duchère, Vaise is linked to the 9th arrondissement. Formerly part of the 5th Arr., the area is now primarily a residential area popular for low rent prices and offers residents gorgeous views of the Saône river and the back of Fourvière.
With Place Valmy as the intersection of two major national roads for years, the 9th has a reputation for easy access to and from the city, while providing an escape for families and people looking to get away from the hustle.
There is a fair amount of green spaces, with the Parc du Vallon in La Duchère near the border of Écully, and Ile Barbe to the North. Ile Barbe and its ancient buildings are perfect for an afternoon outside the city, exploring the Roman church or the island’s small park.
The main commercial areas are the Grande Rue de Vaise, Place Valmy, and Place de Paris. There’s a large food market at Place de Paris on Sunday and Wednesday mornings, and one at Valmy on Tuesdays.
Served by the metro D line and home to two local train stations, Lyon 9 is easily accessible and within a short distance of the city center, by metro, bus, bike, or on foot, along the picturesque Saône riverside.
The nearest train station from the flat is Valmy Station - just 2 mins away on foot.
Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is just 30 mins drive away from the flat.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day).
If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
