Parking Information (Effective April 1, 2025):
• Parking fees are collected by the condominium association upon arrival (card payments only, no cash).
• Max 2 vehicles per reservation (strictly enforced).
Rates per vehicle:
• $20/day for the first 3 days (max $60 per stay).
• Free from Day 4-7.
• $5/day from Day 8 onward.
• Winter Rate Cap (Nov–Mar): Max $60 per stay.
Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old
• Please note that the north side pool and hot tub will be temporarily closed due to the scheduled post-tension repair project. The work is expected to take approximately two weeks, weather permitting. During this period, balcony access will be restricted between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM for units in the 07 stack (Units 1207-207) and the 06 stack (Units 1206-206) due to potential falling debris and concrete chipping. Indoor and south side pools will remain open, and all floors and units will remain accessible. The schedule is subject to change, and weekend work may be required. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve the property.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
