Quiet apartment, fully renovated (2014), mountain spirit on the 1st floor of a chalet divided into 9 apartments. Panoramic view of the peaks, full sun in the south facing apartment, large balcony of 20 sqm.
*** Tourist Office.

Direct access to the slopes at about 250m, possible return on skis according to snow.
Proximity walk (250 m) shops (bakery, supermarket- press, ski pass, ski rental shops, restaurants, bar).

1 independent bedroom with a double bed
1 sleeping alcove with 2 bunk beds
1 living room with a 2 seater sofa, easy unfolding without removing cushions and very comfortable sleeping (bultex)
1 kitchen area completely renovated and equipped
1 bathroom with bathtub, heated towel rail, vanity unit, washing machine
Separate WC

Parquet throughout the apartment.

Fully equipped: flat screen TV 82 cm, fondue and raclette, compact oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, toaster, games ...
New and quality tableware.
Ski locker.

Free outdoor public parking in front of the residence.
Free shuttle to Meribel center.

50% deposit upon booking, balance 30 days before arrival.
Deposit of 400 euros paid with the balance of the rent, automatic refund 7 days after departure ..

Sheets and linen are not included in the rental. Possibility of renting additional directly by the tenant with the company Boutik services (06 30 35 53 39) on reservation in advance. Delivery on the day of arrival:
- simple duvet cover kit: 18 euros
- double duvet cover kit: 22 euros
- Pack towels (1 small / 1 big): 8 euros
- Tea towels: 3 euros
- Bed made: 6.50 euros

The cleaning service at the end of the stay is included but we ask the tenants to empty the bins, to leave the dishes clean and tidy, to leave no rubbish on the table and the work plan. Thank you in advance.

A beautiful apartment, compact but extremely well laid out making it feel spacious even with a family of four (adults). Extremely well equipped, and comfortable in a beautiful and peaceful setting with plenty of parking. The Village has a great spa shop, bakery and Bistro/bar with terrace and Apres live music! The free bus runs from the village centre at the bottom of the Golf ski run which is a shortish up hill walk from the apartment. We will definitely be returning!
