2424 Rainbow Falls warmly welcomes guests with pets considered, engaging in a thoughtful and individualized approval process for each case. Only well-trained, hypoallergenic, and non-shedding dogs will be considered. These guidelines have been established to create a serene and enjoyable ambiance for all our valued guests. To accommodate your four-legged friends, there is a pet fee of $75 per pet per night.

The home has 3 King Bedrooms, plus a awesome Kid's Basement, 3 and a half Bathrooms. Outside you'll find the view-facing hot tub perfect for a nice, relaxing evening after a fun filled day of hiking and exploring Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The top level has one of the King Master Suites plus a loft living room with comfortable furniture to snuggle up on the couch and watch a movie. The main level hosts the kitchen, deck area, a king "master-on-main" bedroom, and dining area with a large plasma tv above a warm fireplace. The bottom level has two sets of twin bunk beds and another king bedroom. You also have a Golden Tee video game and a full size multi-arcade game offering up all the old classics of games like Galaga and Pac-man. The bottom level also has another living room space to enjoy watching your favorite tv.
