LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
Our beautiful cabin offers the perfect combination of relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy the cozy living room, lots of natural light and complete with an electric fireplace and a 65" Smart TV - providing plenty of space to entertain friends or simply relax after a long day of exploring outside. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you’ll need include Stainless Steel appliances for cooking delicious meals, plus a Keurig coffee machine for that extra morning perk!

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This spacious cabin has three bedrooms that sleep up to 10 guests. The first bedroom sits on the main floor, with a queen over-queen bunk, that is perfect for the kids. The main floor full bathroom can also be found next to the bedroom.

The second bedroom is located on the lower level, with one king-size bed. There's also another full bathroom that is adjacent to the pool.

The last bedroom, located on the loft, has another large king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The loft also boasts a sleeper sofa, and a twin-over-twin bunk, with a smart TV for more family fun and additional sleeping.

POOL & HOT TUB
The kids' favorite indoor pool is heated and is set to the low to mid-80s. It's about 7ft x 15ft and 4 1/2 ft deep at the deep end. We have lounge chairs available, so you can keep a close eye on the young ones. When it's time for you to relax, soak into the luxurious 5-seater hot tub while admiring the natural surroundings.

ENTERTAINMENT
As a special perk, we're thrilled to offer you an exclusive bundle that includes Hulu + Live TV, Disney+, and ESPN+. Access a wide range of live TV channels, an incredible library of Disney content, and captivating sports coverage all from the comfort of your home away from home. Simply tune in to the designated channels on the TV and enjoy a world of entertainment during your stay. Relax, unwind, and make the most of your experience with our exceptional Hulu bundle.

GAMES
We have a classic arcade machine for both kids and adults alike, along with a variety of board games on the shelf for you to enjoy.

PETS
The cabin is great for dogs! We allow up to 2 dogs, with a pet fee of $75 per dog.

PARKING
Never worry about parking! There's free parking space for up to 3 cars directly in front of the cabin.

SECURITY FEATURES
Your safety matters to us. There are multiple security features to prevent children from swimming in the pool when you don't want them to. There are a couple of locks as well as very loud audible alarms you can easily set.

DAMAGE WAIVER
While you're on vacation, rest easy knowing that you are protected under Safely if any accidents or damage occur. We will take care of the cost of this coverage, which is additional to any protection provided by the platform. If any damage happens, please let me know and I will make a claim with Safely. You can trust me to take care of everything for you, provided that you clean up after your dog.

The damage waiver fee, which is included in the total cost of your reservation for this property, covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances. To qualify for coverage, you must report any incidents to us before checking out.

Please note that this waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items beyond Safely's scope of responsibility.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy that puts your mind at ease. If you decide to cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 97% refund of the total booking amount. The remaining 3% will be retained as a non-refundable transaction fee to cover the costs associated with processing your booking. However, if you cancel your booking within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date, we regret that we will not be able to offer any refund. Nevertheless, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests that you may have, subject to availability and applicable fees.

CLEANING FEE
We understand you may have questions about our cleaning fee, so let us shed some light on its purpose. It's not just a number; it reflects our commitment to immaculate cleanliness and fair treatment of our cleaning team.

The cleaning fee primarily supports our cleaners with living wages, empowering them to thrive in today's economy. We believe in respecting their hard work, which directly translates into the quality of your stay.

Beyond cleanliness, we're dedicated to ensuring your experience is seamless. We're on call to address any issues promptly, guaranteeing your peace of mind throughout your stay.

Rest assured, the cleaning fee isn't for profit. It directly supports fair compensation for our cleaners and includes a unique damage coverage policy, providing added protection for both you and our property.
