No A/C

The house is great and the neighbor too. Property is not ready to be listed. The A/C does not work, it's basically just a fan. We ran out of gaz, it took 2 days to get back with. This mean 2 days without oven, stove, dishwasher, hot water for showers, etc. When I complained to owner, he got upset and kicked us out!!

Jean-Francois, Your compliments to our house and its neighborhood are welcome. As for your review comments, for the benefit of future Renters, it’s also noteworthy mentioning that: 1) The house’s cooling system meets ASHRAE’s Standard 55 for indoor thermal comfort (23°C to 28°C). Likewise, in the house’s manual, it’s indicated not to change the smart thermostat’s settings, but you chose to neglect this requirement repeatedly. 2) The delay experienced in the delivery of the gas supply was due to the restrictions in movement imposed by a national state of emergency and the current global health crisis. And, you were informed about the situation at the time. Altogether, I felt compelled to ask you to leave my house after finding that you violated our house’s rules by allowing a non-authorized visitor into my property, coupled with the disrespectful manners that you displayed during your stay. Still, I refunded you for 50% of your reservation, which exceeded the actual number of days that you stayed. Cordially, Alfredo

I own a house in the area of the Panama Canal nearby the Pacific locks, i.e. Miraflores and Cocolí, available as an entire place to host up to 6 guests. The City of Knowledge, former Forth Clayton, is nowadays home to a booming international community established for the purpose of business, academic, scientific, and humanistic collaboration. The objective is human and sustainable development based on knowledge.
