Our apartment is located Olympic Residence, on the top of the station, quiet (concierge in the building), ideally located with direct access to the slopes and 5 minutes from the Shopping Center Peclet. The apartment of 34 m2, located on the 4th floor with elevator has a west facing balcony. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a Clic-Clac in the living room and a corner cabin with a bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a shower and a toilet. Our apartment is labeled 2 flakes of Silver by the Tourist Office of Val Thorens. He is very appreciated by our tenants. If you want to come with your family you have the possibility to rent the same apartment on the same floor.

Good communication with host and caretaker to pick up keys. Good sized apartment compared to a lot. Would be tight but workable for 6 but perfect for 4. Huge amount of snow when we were there and the caretaker was out every morning and evening keeping the entrances clear. This did lead to a slight leak around the patio door which they were unable to fix but wasn’t really an issue. Note Oven is really a microwave/grill so don’t expect to use it like a normal oven. Overall great

Appartement fidèle à la description, très bien situé que ce soit pour l'accès aux pistes, que pour l'accès au Centre de val Thorens. Très bien aménagé. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires.

Très bon séjour dans ce logement

Je recommande ce logement au pied des pistes. Très pratique, calme, accès aux pistes direct. Niveau propreté, le four micro onde n'avait pas été nettoyé par le précédent locataire mais sinon rien à redire. Nous reviendrons sûrement en 2024.

Location conforme à la description proche des commerces et au pied des pistes, appartement propre et très bien équipé. Seul bémol le stationnement car Val Thorens est piétonnier et il faut prévoir de réserver un parking à l’avance. Super station domaine skiable incroyable.

L’appartement contrairement à la photo donne sur le parking avec un immeuble en face!!! J’ai passé la semaine les rideaux tirés à cause du vis à vis Le balcon est à l’ombre et même pas déneiger avec des capsules de bière et autres détritus !!!

STAY AWAY - Dirty apartment with broken appliances & withholding deposit - STAY AWAY

Arrived Feb 2020 late at night - the apartment was filthy (contact me for photos no problem). The bathroom was full of hair and dirt. We cleaned up and got on with our holiday just wanting to enjoy the snow. The dishwasher was broken and had no power - reported this and the reply was to use the instructions. We are now being charged for the repair even though we reported the fault!!! We left the apartment clean and tidy. We were then contacted to say we had left black marks on a radiator from drying cleaning cloths on it and they will not refund any of our deposit. Emailed owner for explanation - simply told we had damaged their heater (black marks) and had to pay for the dishwasher repair. No explanation as to what the marks are or why they cost the full deposit to remove. STAY AWAY - absolute disgusting both in terms of cleanliness and withholding money. We are a professional family who stay in rental properties globally many times and this is the only time we have ever had this happen and been forced to leave a review like this - utter scam just to keep extra money - DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT WITH NO EXPLANATION

A nice apartment in a good location

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and cosy with everything we needed and the residence is ski-in/ski-out. We would certainly stay again in future. The one downside is that the apartment overlooks the road and there was some noise from drunken revellers very late on a couple of nights.

Nous avons été très content de notre séjour. L’emplacement est excellent pour partir à ski sans être pris dans les mouvements des autres skieurs. L’appartement était très confortable, et calme. Nous recommandons vivement.

Great use of space and perfect location for the slopes - 2 adults and 2 children

Perfect location for the slopes and quiet part of town for the night time. Plenty of room and well equipped apartment- separate space on ground floor for skis and boots - Owner great at responding to questions (just make sure you ask in English) will be booking again for next year no doubt!!! Only small criticism was the main bed had a very hard mattress 🤷🏻‍♂️

Eine neu renovierte, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit genügend Platz für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern. Perfekte Lage, direkt an der Skipiste. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und eine herrliche Woche in Val Thorens verbracht. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen sie weiter.
