Very modern furnished DUPLEX in a luxury residence with caretaker on 2 levels, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: one with 180 cm electric double bed, the other 2 with 140 cm bed, 1 bathroom with large shower and whirlpool bath, 2 toilets, 1 living room , 1 office room, 1 large terrace-dining room, 2 parking spaces, swimming pool, seaside (small fishing port and very large shaded beach). Everything is provided: crockery, sheets and bedding, decoration, brand new household appliances (including dishwasher and dryer), 120 television and wifi. Great location between Gosier and Sainte Anne
