Large Landaise farm for 12 people with lots of charm and 10 minutes from the beaches. Large closed park for the safety of children. Swimming pool, bowling pitch, volleyball, BBQ to enjoy the countryside on site.

Outdoors: Swimming pool, PoolHouse with PingPong table, Boules pitch, Volleyball or Badminton court. Outdoor equipment for the holidays (BBQ, Parasol, Garden Furniture, etc ...)

Inside: Everything to accommodate 12 people:
- Ground floor: Large living room (living / dining room) with fireplace, Equipped kitchen (Dishwasher and Washing machine). 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms (each with WC)
- On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, including a large room (4 single beds), 1 shower room with WC.
