You'll also be only one mile from the Tybee Island Light Station & Museum, which overlooks Fort Screven.

Took an hour and half to 2 hours to get gate key due to room was not ready. Room needs to be updated. Bed needs to be lowered. A person should not have to jump up into bed.

Good experience, advertisement was misleading.

Loved Tybee Island the environment was amazing! However the room was a little misleading you have a perfect view of the pool and a little bit of the ocean through the landscape. As far as our apartment goes it definitely needs a remodel. I do love the beach feel the mismatched furniture adds much needed character. Worked great for our family of 5. However some issues..... The fridge didn't work very well food didn't stay cold. The pull out sofa needs a new mattress. The kitchen drawers had a lot of issues opening and closing. I think some remodeling would do it some good all the way around. But still keep the original character. It was very confusing to actually find the apartment itself. And the boardwalk was broke. The location was amazing though. We will definitely visit the island again!! Loved the people and atmosphere. Would recommend the island to everyone! Very low key and great restaurants and only a 20 minute drive to Savannah!!

Caveat Emptor

Location is great. Condo is not clean: dust blowing out of vent across the ceiling; corners, edges of flooring have built up dirt; jelly blob on the wall. Decorated with dirty, broken furniture via the discount section of thrift stores. Other condos in the building were gorgeous but this one was dirty, dingy, and old. I have pictures to back up my words.

Disappointed

I will start with the good, it was only feet from the beach. This vacation home was not clean, the linen was not clean and the unit was very dusty. The floors and remote were sticky. My daughter and I went for a morning walk on the beach, as we were headed back to the room, I noticed something sitting on the stairs. I assumed it was a cat so we kept walking as we got closer, I was so shocked because it was actually a raccoon and he refused to move. I was so over this place that we left early. I tried to reach out to someone at the complex but was unsuccessful.
