Surrounding a swimming pool (salt) heated (from May to October) with large teak terrace (200 m2) facing south with sun beds not overlooked, the villa (180 m2) warm, bright and well equipped, is ideal to host several families and friends (8 to 10 people)

1st floor, 2 bedrooms each with a large bed (1m40) and 1 bathroom, wc. Independent terrace full south overlooking the pool. Folding cot and baby high chair available.

The villa and all equipment is great, just it is comfortable only for 8 persons. The fifth bedroom in the basement has no windows, no toilet, is damp, and has a very strong smell of mold. It is unsuitable for sleeping and resting.

Nous n’avons pas utilisé la piscine car la température ne le permet pas au mois de novembre.Maison très agréable, très spacieuse avec des coins nuits, bien indépendants.Logement bien équipé dans un lotissement très calme et proche de l’océan et du bassin à pied.Dans l’annonce il est précisé 6 chambres, mais la sixième chambre au sous-sol est une chambre aveugle sans fenêtre avec un clic clac.Le propriétaire accepte les chiens, cela a été un plus pour nous.

L'emplacement idéal, cette maison est parfaite pour une réunion entre amis famille. Villa spacieuse et très bonne distribution des zones de sommeil permettant une indépendance des uns et des autres. Très lumineuse, calme, vue sur forêt. Bien équipée, literie confortable. Séjour en hiver avec bon feu de cheminée et chauffage au sol. Certainement agréable de profiter de la terrasse et piscine en été. Nous avons séjourné dans cette belle villa du 29/08 au 5/09/20. La piscine était chauffée et la maison très fonctionnelle. Accueil par la conciergerie du Cap Ferret irréprochable. Maison très bien située dans un quartier calme. Nous ne manquerons pas d’y revenir.

Fabulous house, stunning area

Very spacious and well equipped house, lovely pool and deck, could do with much better outdoor table. Beware the very hefty deposit paid three months in advance! 5 min hilly cycle to Le Canon shops and oyster bars, 10 mins cycling down forest paths to the surfing beach. Barely used the car all week. Will be back...all around gorgeous, chilled and completely unspoiled.
