It is a studio with Mezzanine of 20m2 with private terrace, equipped kitchen, with all the necessary of kitchen. Proche commerces et plage

Appartement petit et moderne mais surtout mal placé, terrasse sur le parking et piscine juste à côté ce qui implique pas mal de passages juste devant la terrasse et personnes pas toujours discrètes,portail voitures et piétons très bruyant accolé a l appartement, bruit assez désagréable lorsque on fait couler de l eau...+ de points négatifs que positifs hélas ainsi que le parking qui n est pas privé dans la résidence mais municipal juste en face, ce qui n est pas précisé dans l annonce.
