Family-only rental, not available for groups with an average age of less than 25 years old.

Week-end rental (out of season): arrivals between 16h and 18h / departures at 10h30 = 110 € (2 nights) / 150 € (3 nights) / 180 € (4 nights)

Description:
T3 of 30 m² with terrace on the ground floor in a residence with swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-seven) and private parking space.
Quiet residence located in the heart of the resort (tranquility and animations to hand and no need for the car! beach Richelieu center 200m, Aqualand 2 min walk, shops and restaurants a few meters, and less than ¼ hour walk ... the island of recreation and the port)

Entirely renovated, it consists of:
- a bedroom with a double bed 140
- a 2nd bedroom cabin with a bunk bed of 2 places 140 (bottom) + 1 place 90 (top)
- a bathroom with shower (70x70) and toilet
- a living room with BZ 2 places, open on a kitchenette
You also have:
- a 10m² terrace with garden table and chairs
- a private parking space and numbered

Main equipment: flat screen TV, washing machine, ceramic hob 2 burners, multifunction oven, fridge-freezer, coffee / tea maker / toaster, iron and ironing board, barbecue and electric griddle.
For your comfort we put at your disposal: 1 travel hairdryer, 1 lounger, 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, and for children: beach games (bucket, shovels etc ...), 1 small tent decathlon for the beach, 1 cot for baby, and 1 stroller cane.

Arrival / departure details:
Rentals are from Saturday from 16:00 to the following Saturday at 10:30. Rental agreement with 30% deposit by check and payment of the balance upon delivery of the keys.
Deposit required 550 €. (2 checks one of 500 € for the apartment and the other of 50 € for the household - not cashed).

Non smoking apartment, pets not allowed.
