Overall Nice Property

Minor concerns: Lights in kitchen were mostly burned out. Only one lamp in living room worked but the other lamp seemed to have knob broken off so we could not use it and one lamp in the bedroom had a bulb that looked like a strobe light so it was not useable. Bathroom sink had very low water pressure. No other concerns so without these minor issues I would give it 5 stars for a property in this price range.

Ok place to stay.

The room is ok, could use some updating. They need new beach chairs. Pool was awesome after asking to put the heat on, as it is a heated pool but when we arrived it was cold. We tried used the BBQs but the pool deck lights were not on making it difficult to see while cooking. We also like eating outside in the evening but there were no pool deck lights on. I did request that they put them on but that never happened. It is very dark around the grounds in the evening with no pool area lights on. The positive is that you are close to the beach but there are a lot of other properties around the area to stay at as well.

Great little gem

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Floridan 1st it was to visit a dear friend of 40 years this time it was to say goodbye to that friend. If I ever have a need to come back this is my place of choice. Nice quiet, lovely pool, right across from the beach. Convenient to everything we need.

Nice and quiet

Really love the unit it was really clean . Wants a little RBR with my spouse, he loved the getaway. 2 things that really was a bother was the TV is the living room was so tiny . We were really looking forward to having a nice move night and dinner, last the the parking situation I wish there was better communication on the parking pass and also the condo association we’re getting the tree trim and I was not even made aware that they we’re trimming lucky I’m a early riser , I was ask to move the car and I was also told that they told vacasa that all week anywho they where really understanding and luckily for me didn’t tow my car .
