Stay Cool This Summer Less Than a Block from the Beach!

Perfect location in Pompano Beach!
This is a wonderful spot. This is the second time we have stayed in Frank's unit. Frank is a terrific and responsive host. He lives close by and is often around the condominium grounds as he assists with the management of the Association. The place is outfitted with just about anything you could need to enjoy your stay. There are beach chairs, towels, cookware and utensils, (both for the kitchen and the grill) together with all the appliances you need (blender, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc). We were in the pool almost every day. It is clean and the water is warm. Last year a group of us watched two rocket launches in one evening while in the pool! I love the location at the quiet end of Pompano. The beach is about 1/2 block away and it is almost never busy. We often walked down the beach to the pier and to the nearby restaurants to enjoy the happy hours! You can also walk or drive down to the Sands Resort for a great happy hour overlooking the Intercoastal. Everything is close by. About a block away there is a water taxi stop. You can go north or south-lots of attractions to see and restaurants to visit in both directions. There is also a library about a 1/2 mile away. The 14th St causeway from A1A up to US 1 is also 1 block north of this great location. There are at least 5 major supermarkets and multiple Walmart Stores within a few miles. There is a large park with pickle ball, tennis courts, picnic areas etc. There is also a golf course nearby as well. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and Fort Lauderdale are both short drives south. If you haven't been to Pompano Beach before, I recommend doing a little homework online to be sure not to miss music events or other happenings that may be occurring at the beginning of your stay. Mid Mari is a welcoming place. Most of the visitors come back year after year, and many of us have become good friends. You will enjoy your stay in Pompano if you stay with Frank at Mid Mari!
