Villa Zouina is located in Douar Larab 10 minutes from Essaouira on the road to Marrakech. 5 minutes of track, accessible to all types of vehicles, allow you to arrive at the villa and quiet surrounding. The view is clear on the protected forest and the dunes. The garden is spacious and raised, the infinity pool measures 14 m / 5 m without any opposite.
The villa is composed of two blocks, the main one has three bedrooms with bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. The second has a bedroom with bathroom, a small kitchen and a living room.
The floors are marble, the bathrooms are modern. The entire house has central air conditioning. TV in each bedroom and in the living room.
