Discover this 40m² two-bedroom duplex apartment, accommodating up to 6 people, with a balcony, ideally located on the 1st floor (no elevator), near the center of Luz-Saint-Sauveur.

Private parking and a private ski locker are included.

The apartment comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob, etc.), a sofa bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190cm).

L’appartement est bien situé, on peut accéder au centre de Luz à pied en 10 mn. La terrasse est appréciable pour manger dehors. Très bien équipé en vaisselle, électroménager et produits d’entretien.
