Apartment from 2001 with digital code and elevator, renovated and re-equipped, with 2 rooms (32 m²) on the 1st floor, north facing position with a very beautiful view of the valley (from the balcony, view of the slopes).

  • Kitchen area with recent fitted kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, extractor, fridge with small freezing section, Senséo coffee maker, oven / microwave combination, 1 raclette machine, 1 Burgundy or Savoyard fondue machine, 1 toaster , 1 electric kettle, a barbecue, various utensils: casseroles - Cocote - pie dish - gratin dishes….)
  • 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm), a closet with two doors on rails, a storage box
  • Bathroom equipped with thermostatic mixer, shower screen, towel dryer, hair dryer, towel radiator with recent blower

  • the provision of the apartment from Saturday AM (4 p.m.) to Saturday morning (10 a.m.),
    • consumption of water and electricity.

The apartment is located in building A with private outdoor parking and lockable ski locker.
It is located at the top of the station at 1565 m above sea level and
  • 150 m from the center: large covered shopping arcade with restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, daycare, food store, souvenirs, entertainment, etc.
  • 150 m from the ski and toboggan runs, ski lifts and ski rentals (ski departure at the foot of the residence - ski return in the middle of the snow season)
  • 170 m from the ski school,
  • 300 m from the kindergarten (winter),
  • 200 m from the heated municipal swimming pool

The station :

In Savoy, Le Corbier (73300) is located at an altitude of 1,500 m and 16 km from St-Jean de Maurienne, 3.8 km from La Toussuire.
The Sybelles ski area is the largest ski area in Maurienne and one of the most extensive in France.

-bookings for stays from February 8, 2020 to March 7, 2020 are a minimum of 6 nights, arrival on Saturday afternoon.
