We had a wonderful time. The view is absolutely beautiful!!! The location and amenities are as described. Check-in was so easy, and everyone was so helpful. They also assisted with a car service from the airpott. Any questions i had were answered immediately. We will definitely stay again.

Bonjour, l'appartement était idéalement placé cependant nous avons signalé une fuite d'eau,provenant du plafond, dès notre arrivée et il a fallu attendre près de 72h00 pour qu'un technicien passe et nous indique qu'il fallait évacuer la chambre ou ne pas se servir de la climatisation,sous 32°c. Nous avons été relocalisé dans un appartement que,compte tenu de sa localisation,nous n'aurions pas choisi mais n'avions plus le choix. Malgré nos relances aucun geste commercial n'a été fais et c'est très décourageant. Pouvez vous intervenir. D'avance merci.

The staff at Five Star are very friendly, but difficult to get a hold of.

Most of the people i spoke with weren’t able to answer my questions so there was a lot of waisted time just waiting for calls back. My questions were regarding things like early check in and needing to leave the reservation early, so I was surprised the staff weren’t aware of the policies. It’s also worth mentioning that the rooms, despite being in a hotel don’t offer things like room service or even a phone to communicate with the front desk. Using the Vrbo app has proven to be a great alternative apps and traditional hotels, but my experience with this booking has made me think twice about using the app again. Not being able to communicate with a sole owner or host is very frustrating and being in a hotel but not being able to take advantage of hotel amenities made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. Again, the staff was friendly but I honestly can’t say I’d recommend Five Star Luxury Travel to anyone after my experience.

Beachfront condo.

This was without a doubt the nicest two bedroom condo with most fabulous views of the ocean and beach my wife and I have ever stayed at and we look forward to returning on our next trip to Miami.
