Pleasant apartment of 30 m2 in a luxury residence, equipped with a lift, an intercom code at the entrance and a code box on the door of the house, which allows an entrance in any autonomy.
Two parking spaces available.
Ideally located 10 minutes walk from the futuroscope, bus line in front of the residence with free shuttle during school holidays, many restaurants and several nearby shops as well as businesses and center of the technopole.

Very clean and functional our apartment is independent.
Living room with sofa bed 2 persons, 2 armchairs, coffee table and small kitchenette (can prepare simple meals)
Bathroom with bath, toilet, sink, towel warmer, storage shelf.
Small room used as dressing and storage.
Sleeping area with 160/200 double bed
Equipment:
Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave multifunction, coffee maker, kettle, hood, all the necessary kitchen, you will be provided with salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, household products ......
Living room: TV with cable, fan, hi-fi system.
Room: pillows, duvet, bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee of 15 euros (optional)

Appartement correct pour court séjour

Appartement idéalement situé près du FUTUROSCOPE (quelques minutes à pieds) Il serait toutefois judicieux de mettre un frigidaire digne de ce nom (d'autant qu'il y a la place pour) car celui installé est très très petit (comme on en trouve dans les hôtels). A savoir, Autoroute très proche (quelques nuisances sonores donc) par contre immeuble calme durant notre séjour. Juste une table de salon pour prendre les repas. Lit coincé contre le mur (cela peut déranger) Contacts parfaits avec la propriétaire A recommander pour un court séjour
