About this property
(The Last) Resort with endless breathtaking views; an oasis to escape the fray
This guest suite is like your very own private resort in a nautically/musically themed tropical environment surrounded by nature. It provides for you the comforts of a resort AND the privacy you deserve with spectacular views throughout.
Take a relaxing stroll through the grassy knoll or to the top of the property where one can relax in the gazebo and gaze at the rolling hills of So. Cal. for hours; it's that beautiful.
Sun bathe or swim in the pool all day under wispy shade provided by palm trees, not structures, with rolling hills as far as the eye can see; mountains behind us and valleys and hills in front.
Nap in 1 of 2 luxurious, high-end hammocks. Swaying in the breeze suspended between two palms... you really will fall asleep in these hammocks.
When the sun finally sets one can unwind in a nice hot jacuzzi near the fire table or start a wood fire in our 12 foot diameter step-down fire pit.
The guest suite offers a relaxing evening as well and is only several feet away from the diving rock or waterslide if you're in the mood for an evening dip in the pool. Water temp is maintained at around 84 degrees.
Right off the beaten path yet so secluded, quiet and serene its as if you’re thousands of miles away.

This place was so great! Definitely recommend it. The dogs were so much fun and greeted us every time we left and came back every day. Cute little beach/pool house with the neatest decor and the hosts were fantastic!
Quaint and comfy. Had all we needed. Spent mornings on the porch overlooking the property with my coffee. Really nice and roomy tile shower. Bed is really comfy! Greg and Laurie were so welcoming
My stay at the VRBO in California was a delightful experience. The separate structure provided just the right amount of privacy while knowing there were people and dogs in the main house gave me a sense of security and comfort. The neighborhood was fantastic, offering a blend of tranquility and accessibility to amenities. The decor exuded a cozy and lived-in feel, with a Rock and Roll vibe, which added to the charm.
We enjoyed our stay. Our host was amazing! The only thing we were disappointed with was the firmness of the bed. It was too soft for us. But this is a personal preference for us. The property was beautiful, peaceful and interesting.
Greg and Lori and family understand the home away from home experience. It's about more than a space and a bed. It's about being made to feel At Home! We want to return and get to know them better.
Greg and Lori were very accommodating and made us feel comfortable and welcome as soon as we arrived, even though we were late, we loved the nautical/musical theme in the room and enjoyed the in ground hot tub as well. We hope to return again someday. Thanks again Greg and Lori!
Nothing short of perfect for my first trip to Cali.
Nice cozy pool house with a R&R theme. Well groomed landscaping with all types different trees and flowers. I always felt secure in that I never locked the door at night, and the shepherd pups would most times greet me at front gate .All the electronic devices labeled with instructions. Greg and Lori were wonderful hosts that respected other’s privacy and made sure to let them know of any concerns. Perfect score on this property!
This is a great little gem! Greg is very hospitable and welcoming. They've done a lot with the little house and it's full of rock n roll and beach treasures. It has everything you'll need for comfort and relaxation.
Great stay. Space is tiny and enjoyably eclectically decorated. The host set up the pool and jacuzzi, we had tiki torches all around, nice ambience. Would stay again.
My room was comfortable, clean and so close to where I wanted to be. I loved the pool and the twinkle lights outside my door. The homeowners were always just a text away and so very friendly.
From start to finish this was a wonderful experience!! Awesome communication and honest advertising! The cottage we stayed in was cozy and comfy with all our needs met. Plus it was quiet and beautiful besides!! The swimming pool and hot tub were awesome as well. No complaints!! Chickens and dogs were around if you wanted but not intrusive at all Incase you are not an animal person. Greg and Lori are amazing hosts and very eager to please and accommodate if possible. If we are ever back in the Simi valley area we will stay again for sure!!
What a neat place, such personality! Greg was wonderful to work with and quick to respond. It's a small space (indoors) but has everything you'd need (unless you're looking to cook a big meal). The outdoor space is grand and beautiful! Highly recommend checking it out.
We were in the area for a family wedding so chose this site just for its location. We were fortunate to have selected a place with the best Hosts (Greg and Lisa) I have ever worked with. Responsive to our every need plus went out of their way to make it a great visit for us. We found the property a perfect place to chill out! Everything you need is a half mile away. We found a couple of great hiking trails nearby as well. Highly recommend.
We were blessed beyond words with the amenities of this property. Amazing owners, animals, views, room, simplicity yet magical. Beyond thankful our journey landed us here.
We had a fantastic swimcation! My daughter loved the animals and was lucky enough to be invited to ride the family’s horse. We also enjoyed a bonfire! Wonderful hosts.
One of the very best rentals we have EVER had. Location & family were amazing! Just do it!
We arrived July 20 and stayed until July 28th so it was a solid week plus the 2 checkin and checkout days. Property was exactly as described and pictured (which isn’t always the case). Location was very secure, we never even locked the door. Close to freeways to make travel easy. Beautiful, super quiet and relaxed space. We stayed really busy but we checked in with them and they had great suggestions for restaurants and on the order to visit places so you don’t needlessly back track. One of my sins favorite parts was their two German Shepherds. He missed his dog and one of theirs was always close enough for him to call out to or walk over to and visit. Very non obtrusive and unless you seek them out you may never even see them. Cool to have chickens (they are quiet) and bunnies right there. Awesome hammock which did not flip us out as some do. Things we did and really enjoyed in case you’re making a list (and you should because there is SO much to do and see).

Truly enjoyed my time in this stylish studio with a great surrounding setting. The space was clean and inviting. Greg was awesome and very welcoming of the shared areas. My favorite part was hanging by the pool!
My husband and I had a great time staying here. We liked that it was close enough to the bigger cities that we could do site seeing or if we werent feeling the touristy stuff we could just stay, relax, and look at the mountains. If you like enjoy a beautiful view especially of the mountains, this is the place for you.
What an amazing trip we had. Above and beyond anything we could have imagined!
Wow. This place was HUGE and was the perfect place for my daughter Rylie. She got to run around, play, swim and so much more. I had no idea we would have this much fun. This truly was like staying at a resort.
We got to pet chickens, rabbits play with dogs and they went hunting for lizards and other little critters. Very grateful to have visited their horse at a stable nearby where we visited a farm.
The pool is ridiculously fun. The slide felt like a waterslide at an amusement park. My daughter must of jumped off the diving rock 25 times a day.
At night it was so peaceful I felt like we were in the woods while looking at the lights, tiki torches and laser green lights while we sat in the Jacuzzi
If you are thinking of a peaceful and fun outdoor road trip then this is the place to come.
The best service with the nicest people you will ever meet.
We found a diamond for sure. I want to come back again soon!
Thank you so much for the best 4 day trip to end my kids summer vacation.
We are truly blessed.
