Amazing views from Palace 2110!

What a view! This 1 bedroom condo located at the Palace Resort is a great beach getaway for 2-4 guests. This unit offers a spacious living area with breathtaking views of the ocean! Beautifully updated, this apartment offers new tile flooring, fresh paint, new window treatments, new molding, new furniture and decor, and so much more!

Our guests absolutely love the kitchen and the granite countertops. The kitchen offers all full-size appliances including a dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, and even small appliances like a toaster and coffee maker. All basic kitchen necessities, cooking utensils, glassware, and cutlery are provided.

This condo has a private bedroom, fully furnished with a queen bed. There is also a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Access the private balcony from both the living area and the bedroom! Coin-operated washer/dryer is located on every other floor at The Palace.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking in the attached garage and beach access.

We are confident that you are going to love this rental and the location. It is truly one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest! Please keep in mind that this rental is privately owned and managed, and we have no affiliation with the resort staff, resort maintenance, or resort housekeeping. Christmas Break

My family of 3 stayed here over Christmas break and overall at a great experience. The view is amazing and the condo was clean. However, the bed is very uncomfortable and it lacked blankets. Other than that the place was great and we would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, well-appointed suite with unbeatable views

We enjoyed our stay very much and would return to this unit again. The suite was clean and easy to access; photos represented the furnishings and features very well. If anything could be improved, perhaps better quality bed linens. Tips for future renters - sleep with the bedroom curtains open; the sunrise is totally worth it! The night skyline views are amazing too!

The Palace 2110

Positives: The view is outstanding, day and night. The cleaning crew does a good job. The owners have made some updates. The beach is very accessible. The elevators are clean and very fast. There is ample parking in the attached parking garage. Suggestions/Observations: The bed for us was not very comfortable. Would recommend a new mattress. The sofa could use some attention, either new cushions or be replaced. The facility is an old building. It appears management is making attempts to make much needed updates and improvements.

Room not to my cleanliness standards

The room was not as clean as I would like…sand still on floors…the bed was HORRIBLE so uncomfortable, my husband slept on the couch and my back bothered me all week!! I would NOT recommend this property
