"Absolutely the nicest vacation rental experience ever! Patti and Bruce made us feel like we were visiting family! Don't hesitate to book this one; it is close to beach, wonderful eats and experiences. When you are tired of the sand, relax in their beautiful landscaped backyard and pool. LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Recently renovated! A studio guest home with your own private entrance & your own full kitchen & bath- only 1 mile from the beach, 5th Ave dining and shops, the mall, the zoo, beautiful Baker Park, and that's not all- Only steps away are local restaurants and coffee shops! Did we mention there's a pool? Or that you can sing along to your favorite tunes in the shower via a Bluetooth shower speaker? This home is 300 square feet of cuteness! The studio is clean, and between guest stays, we take extra care when cleaning and disinfecting our home... including vacuuming the mattress between guests! You can have all of this at our home in the happiest, healthiest city in the USA!

Great spot close to everything

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this Naples guest house very much. The unit is a small, but very nicely appointed and maintained space with a great backyard pool and hot tub area.The location is close to beaches and entertainment. Hosts Patti and Bruce were very hospitable, friendly and kind. Overall a great experience.

Hidden Gem in Naples Florida

Patti and Brad were amazing host. The communication from start to finish was spot on. The property’s amenities sold us booking our stay…if you get the opportunity to reserve a stay in Naples, Fl at their property…I can tell you from personal experience…you won’t be disappointed!

Owners could not have been more welcoming or helpful — location is excellent and pool was perfect - they even provided bicycles for our use - beautiful and spotless place - would highly recommend !!

We stopped in Naples for dinner while traveling throughout Florida to visit family and friends in 2015, and we were instantly impacted by it's beauty and friendly people. This motivated us to explore Naples some more- both of us loved the town so much, that we purchased properties here that same year. In June 2018, we moved full-time to Naples from NJ, where we both grew up and raised our triplets. We're happy to be living here in one of the most beautiful towns in the country! We've been renting vacation properties for 6 years now, and we love what we do!

This home is a prime location for guests who enjoy being in close proximity to all that Naples has to offer, including the beach, dining, shopping, tennis, and fine and performing arts. All of this is a comfortable walk, bike ride, or short drive from our home! One more feature that we want to mention- Naples is known for its beautiful, memorable sunsets, and you can get a stunning sunset view on the beach just a mile away!

Here is more of what awaits you- A beautifully-landscaped yard and garden with palm trees, a clusia shrub border, and tropical flowers. You’ll also have your own personal seating area with rocking chairs, and the property even has a putting green for added fun! Included in your stay, we offer the use of two bicycles with a lock and helmets.
