This property is ideally located in North Scottsdale and very close to all that Scottsdale has to offer. We have great amenities including pools, fitness center, tennis courts, and access to city parks with miles and miles of biking trails. The neighborhood itself is clean, secure, and quiet with quick access to the 101 Loop for accessing all of Phoenix.
What makes this property unique
A unique benefit to our place is its location right next to McCormick Ranch City Park which offers miles and miles of biking and running trails. A locked gate offers access to this park from our complex. Guests will be provided with the key to this gate.
