This is our second trip to the same location and it was just as convenient and relaxing as it was the first time. On the little river our girls enjoyed playing in the water and tubing. Just minutes away from the parkway. This location is very convenient. We highly recommend this spot if you are going to visit pigeon Forge!
Great stay!
This property is great and close to everything within a few minutes and when your back at the property it’s quiet as can be. We will definitely be back Rick was very responsive and timely with any questions I had.
The property was in the best location. Easy to get to and a simple jaunt to Knoxville for us . The amenities were just as they were pictured. We had the best time . It was just what we had hoped for . We certainly hope to return next year
The house was nice and comfortable. It was very relaxing sitting on the back porch listening to the river and looking out at the river and trees. I would stay here again
Close to everything, quite neighborhood, so peaceful sitting on porch listening to the birds and water flowing. House was very clean and comfortable!!! Directions were easy to follow. I would rent this property again!!!
My husband & I celebrated his birthday here. It was everything & more. Peaceful, clean, no hassle & just a lovely weekend. The only complaint that I have is the street name. We were a bit offended but the overall stay was very pleasant.
The only thing I would say needs updating are the mattresses. They’re really hard and uncomfortable. Other than that the place was PERFECT! It’s close to everything we wanted to do and the river behind the house was beautiful. I would definitely rent this place again.
We have been coming to the area for 20 years and I have to say that this is the nicest and cleanest property we have ever stayed in! The location is perfect and the neighborhood was beautiful! We definitely will be staying here again! Beautiful property👍🏻
Very clean nice and well equipped. Gorgeous setting on the river.
Highly recommend

My Family and I have lived here in Eastern Tennessee over 30 years. I love the mountains, the wildlife, the early Spring and the late Fall. My family and I hope you enjoy it here as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
Enjoy sitting on the back deck in the morning having a cup of coffee and watching the ducks and geese go up and down the river is the best. You never know what you might see. Maybe even a Bald Eagle out for its morning catch!
