Villa with pool and garden overlooking the ocean
Beautiful, quiet house surrounded by greenery. From the terrace, the ocean view stretches from the Popenguine cliffs to the village church.
The house comprises on the ground floor a library with numerous works, a large fully equipped American kitchen and a living room (satellite TV and wifi) overlooking a large terrace which overlooks the infinity pool and the tropical garden.
Upstairs are three double bedrooms. The first, air-conditioned, has an adjoining bathroom. The other two share a bathroom and separate wc.
A furnished roof terrace offers panoramic views of the village, the bush and the ocean.
The closed property can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
