On the balcony, still 1 table and 2 chairs allow you to enjoy the sunset (or for smoking, or for a barbecue ...)

The kitchen is equipped: fridge, 2-burner hob, coffee maker, rice cooker, and cutlery for 2 people. It is also supplied with hot water.

The bathroom with its Italian shower and toilet is also provided with hot water. Towels, toilet paper and Marseille soap are provided.

The cleaning is done 2 times / week. The rental is - all charges included -
