Exceptional location: large plot in a quiet area, without traffic, in a daisy therefore not overlooked, 150 m from the leisure complex, privileged location on the park close to everything and very secure for adults and children.

- 20m2 of terrace including a covered part facing south with garden furniture, gas plancha and electric barbecue and an open part facing east for breakfast in the morning.
