This lovely new studio flat with balcony is located on the first floor of a new renovated building in the heart of a small town called “Incisa Valdarno”.

Incisa Valdarno is a village rich in tradition, which still preserves the charm of medieval splendor.

The small town of Incisa Valdarno is located in an aerea called “Valdarno superiore fiorentino” .
This geographical area borders with Chianti area, the mountains of Pratomagno and the city of Florence.

The studio is located close to the motorway (A1).
It is also close to the FI-PI-LI highway ( connection to Pisa and Livorno - seaside area close to Florence ) and the connection to Siena.

This is the perfect location for those who traveling by car and wants to explore the wonders of Tuscany.
Guests has the opportunity to parking their car near the studio flat and drive only when needs.
The city of Florence is located 20 km to the property. Guests will be able to reach the city of Florence in 15 min. using their car.
The flat is located close to “The Mall luxury outlet” 10 min. by car and to “Castello di Sammezzano” 20 min. by car.

This studio is also ideal for those who traveling without car because the area where the bedroom is located is well served by public transport.
Train Station:
Located 5 min. walking to the property there is the train station of Incisa where guests can takes the train to Florence and will be able to arrive in Florence city center (SMN train Station) in 40 minutes.
Bus stop:
Located 1 min. walking to the flat there is the bus stop:
SI330 Sita Firenze: arrive in SMN train Station in 40 min.
bus n. 353 A : arrive in SMN Train Station using the scenic road in the countryside in 1 hour.


I will meet my guests during the check in.
During the check-in I will give to the guests the key of the studio and all the information guests may needs.
I'll give all the information about the town in which the apartment is located “ Incisa Valdarno" (supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, ice-cream shops, places for shopping, bus/train to Florence etc.) and all the information guests may needs about the city of Florence.
If during their stay my guests will need my help, they will be able to contact me by email or phone and it will be a pleasure for me to help them to solve their problems!
