Holiday rental in a small village surrounded by vineyards

House of 145 m2 in the living part of a vineyard farm. Agricultural look seen from the vineyards, the house is transformed once the front door pushed. Change of scenery guaranteed! The renovated country house has changed its face, to offer all the comfort that is expected for holidays with friends or family. The 4 large bedrooms occupy the entire first level while the ground floor workrooms have been converted into a living room with an open kitchen of 70 m2. The house is turned towards a garden abundant with flowers and trees. The spaces are well defined and offer everyone the privacy he wants. The pool area with sunbeds and beach is secured by a gate, you can choose to enjoy the warm sun of the Gard or the tropical shade of palm trees. A small lounge with two sofas has been arranged further in the shade of laurels to rest or read quietly. But the favorite area of ​​groups of friends is the huge arbor covered with canisses in front of the bay window of the living room. We come for meals and convivial moments over a drink. A plancha next door so you do not get too far when it's time for grilling. In the South of France we take our time to enjoy the whole day, whether to go to the village on foot to get the bread, or to discover the countryside around the house.

no friendly welcome

The lady owner was not at al helpfull when we arrived. When we asked for garbidge bags she said: that's your problem. We didn't feel welcome at all.

Nous avons pu constater que les propriétaires mettent tout leur cœur pour offrir un séjour de qualité dans leur maison. Nous vous rappelons qu’il s’agit d’une location de vacances et pas d’un hôtel et que le renouvellement des consommables reste à la charge du vacancier. Peut-être que la différence de langue n’aura pas facilité la communication entre vous, mais rien qu’un sourire n’aurait pas pu surmonter.

Les fortes chaleurs nous ont contraint à profiter de cette belle maison plus que prevu. Nous y avions tout le confort nécessaire. Une piscine au top, une terrasse bien ombragée, un fanape confortable, un frigo américain non négligeable car glacons à volonté et la clim autant dans les pieces de vie qu' à l'etage! Maison insonorisée et très propre. Le propriétaire tres reactif. Nous la conseillons vivement. De très beaux villages sont à découvrir à moins de 20 min : Goudargues, Montclus, Venejan, Aigueze, La Roque sur Ceze,...

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit sehr guter Kommunikation mit den Verwaltern.Sehr ruhige Gegend, dafür wie in Frankreich üblich längere Fahrwege zur nächsten grösseren Stadt. Die im Inserat angegebenen Fahrräder konnte man nicht benutzen da sie sehr schmutzig waren .Gut wäre auch wenn die Mieter wissen wann der Nachbar zum Pooltesten kommt.Man erschrickt schon etwas wenn plötzlich der Nachbar durch die Garage kommt. Sonst ist das Haus( sehr gute Elektrogeräte und große Küche)sehr zu empfehlen ,wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Megier.
