NatureWalk enjoys a private nature path to the beach. The Lilly Lane Beach Trail located near 'The Gathering Place' travels through nature preserves to the San Juan Avenue public beach access about 1 mile.
Another beach access, Scenic 395 Beach Access, is 2.1 miles away.

Pool Access: The NatureWalk ‘Gathering Place’ features 2 pools, Jacuzzi, children’s playground, etc! The NatureWalk beach trail, located near the ‘Gathering Place’ , is a short nature trail through state forest and a sleepy side road (San Juan Ave) leading to the beach.

This custom home built in 2018 with 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Nice House Poor Management

Wish we would have read all the reviews before booking. Based on some of the other reviews there were some red flags. The main one was about the refrigerator/freezer. It was clear that the freezer has not been working correctly since 2020. 3 Years later not only was the ice maker not working but the fridge was having major issues when we checked in. We called and someone came out initially it still was not fixed after 4 consecutive days of calling and promises of the vendor coming back they never showed back up until late Friday 12 hours before we left. Major inconvenience for a party of 12 that had bought groceries and was going to cook some for the week and couldn't. Understand sometimes things break however, how the property management or vendor strung us along rather than just saying the fridge was broken is not how it should have gone. Especially when you pay close to 10K for the week. Also, the bedrooms need blinds rather than shades. Especially the bedrooms facing east. With the Florida sun in the summer, those bedrooms were warm and the light woke you up at 6:00 am. Two recommendations would be to add ceiling fans to the 3 bedrooms that don't have them. Maybe add a grill. It did have a Blackstone but the griddle was all rusty so couldn't use. Overall a nice house. It had a nice selection of beach chairs and toys to take to the beach. The 6 bikes were very nice as well. However, we will probably not book this house again.

Naturewalk Rental

The house and area were very nice. Short drive to a number of beautiful beaches, and the neighborhood pool was very nice. We had a couple of issues - the dirty toilet in the master suite when we arrived, the microwave did not work the entire time we were there (we called maintenance the 2nd day, and they said they would replace it), and the refrigerator didn't cool properly for a day & a half - we called the maintenance number, & they came the same day, but we ended out throwing out some food just to be safe. We did enjoy our visit very much, but were disappointed with the issues we had.

Great Family Trip!

We had such a great trip at Castaway and would LOVE to return! The property is stunningly beautiful, tastefully decorated, exceedingly comfortable, well stocked, plenty spacious, and totally clean. The big kitchen and bar was perfect for family gathering around snacks, meals, drinks, or just packing a back for the pool or beach. The big dinning room table was fun for sharing a meal, playing cards, or hanging out and talking. The back porch was an ideal spot for early morning coffee or late night chats. Thank you, for such a fun stay! We highly recommend!

Awesome Vacation on 30A

this property is very elegant with plenty of room and decorated nicely. The layout of the house is great. We loved the neighborhood...great for bike riding.

Room to spread out!

Although not super close to the beaches, we enjoyed being in Nature Walk by the forest. We even had a bear stroll by right outside the screened porch! The bikes were great and the nature trail to the beach access was an easy ride. We did need to drive to the beach to take the chairs and umbrellas, but we were always lucky to get parking in the San Juan Ave parking area. Although there was a golf cart at the house, it was not for guest use. The house could use more light blocking in the bedrooms as sunrise was very early there and made sleeping in difficult. Upstairs master also had a street light that shines directly into the bedroom that created sleep problems for those in that room. Overall, the house was awesome!
