Authentic stone house, renovated, in the heart of the historic village of Barjac, close to all shops, offering a superb apartment in the old vaulted cellars of the house in summer.

On the ground floor, 1 large modern fully equipped kitchen and 1 bright living / dining room with 140 cm sofa bed (fireplace for the winter) opening onto a large covered terrace (large convivial table, barbecue, deckchairs and lounge garden) and a swimming pool.

On the 1st floor: 1 children's bedroom (bunk beds + pull-out bed: 3 beds), 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm) and 1 bathroom. Air conditioner.

On the 2nd floor: 1 air-conditioned master bedroom (180 cm bed) with adjoining bathroom.

In the basement: 1 apartment in the old vaulted cellars with 1 living room (140 cm sofa bed), 1 bedroom (140 cm bed), 1 shower room and 1 equipped kitchen overlooking 1 covered terrace.

You will be charmed by this house combining both modernity and the cachet of the old. Nice benefits.

Located 15 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Ardèche Gorges and 5 km from the La Cèze river.

Magnificent regional market every Friday, numerous restaurants, shops, and a cinema in the heart of the village. Numerous walks, tourist sites and activities to do in the surrounding area (Descent of the Gorges de l'Ardèche, Tree climbing, Uzès, Aven caves, Horse riding centers ...).

Excellent house and right in the village plenty of parking Only slight issue was pool needed a clean after first week Would love to stay again and send an email to Sarah Janny but cannot access her on Vrbo can you help

Superbe semaine Ardechoise

Très belle maison bien placée et équipée avec piscine privée. Peut-être juste un peu bruyant côté rue mais très bien pour visiter la région et se reposer.

Maison de ville spacieuse, agréable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison de ville à Barjac, bien équipée. La déco intérieure de la maison est très soignée, néanmoins quelques éléments pratiques mériteraient des améliorations : La climatisation à l'étage ne climatise pas les chambres, et il n'y a pas de volet ou store pour éviter le soleil de réchauffer le salon/ les chambres La petite piscine est bien agréable mais n'est pas sécurisée et ce n'est pas précisée dans l'annonce (l'alarme que nous avons utilisé n'était pas du tout fiable) Au sous-sol, dans "l'appartement", il n'y a pas de séparation entre salon et chambre. Le séjour était néanmoins agréable, Barjac et ses environs est une belle destination de vacances.

Super maison pour des vacances en famille

Nous avons séjourné en famille pendant 10 jours en juillet 2020. La maison à beaucoup de charme et de caractère, elle est très belle, très agréable et très spacieuse. Elle est très bien située dans le village de barjac (proche des commodités) et pour découvrir la région. La piscine n’est pas très grande mais cela ne nous a pas posé de problème. Merci à Sarah et Nicolas ainsi qu’à Nathalie pour son accueil et sa sympathie.
