Great neighborhood.

We very much enjoyed the apartment, neighborhood and Paris! I will visit again. The apartment is in a residential area, away from tourist locations. Children and young people going to school, people shopping, riding bicycles. all types of markets, boulangeries and bistros nearby. It feels like the real Paris.

Lovely studio, lovely neighborhood

I was very comfortable staying 4 1/2 weeks in this charming place. Although I never met the owner, I was warmly greeted by the waiting concierge -- Marie could not have been more welcoming and kind. She showed me around the apartment and always greeted me when we passed in the building, answering any questions I might have and just generally making me always feel welcome. The area is very residential although there is one small and one large market within a few blocks. It's peaceful at night -- most of the cafes are near Place d'Italie which is also a good transit hub and about a 15 minute walk away. There is a small marche for fruit and veggies and cheese along the street in front of the apartment several days a week and larger Sunday marches on Avenue d'Italie and Blvd Auguste Blanqui. Bus #67 runs along Rue Bobillot about every 20 minutes and it is easy to get to central Paris, sometimes with one easy transfer. This is not a busy tourist area but it is a lovely area to explore when one is wanting a quieter day. I would happily stay in this apartment again and I do hope to return next Fall.

Mooi appartement, heel schoon, handig ingedeeld met een heerlijk balkon! De buurt is rustig en mooi, met alles wat je nodig hebt dichtbij. Maar liefst 4 metrolijnen om te kiezen.

Schönes Appartement in sehr guter Lage

Zum Appartement: ausgesprochen sauber, sehr gepflegte Wohnung. Alles da, was man braucht, funktioniert auch alles. Sehr schön: Gefrierschrank, nicht nur Gefrierfach. Rundum gutes Appartement. Tiefgaragenstellplatz vorhanden, sicher, trocken, sauber, auch für größere Fahrzeuge geeignet. Die Lage selbst habe ich als sehr angenehm empfunden, sehr anständiges und sehr normales Wohnviertel, eher zentrumsnah, dennoch für Pariser Verhältnisse eher leise, alles sehr sicher, trotzdem verkehrsgünstig mit 2 verschiedenen Metrolinien innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß, Bus ins Zentrum fährt bzw. hält 2 Minuten vom Haus weg. Einen Extrastern müßte es für Mme. Michalovka, die dortige Hausmeisterin und Ansprechpartnerin für alle Angelegenheiten, geben, sehr unkompliziert im Kontakt, antwortet wirklich schnell, stets erreichbar und flexibel. Super.In der Summe ideale Unterkunft, die ich beim nächsten Parisaufenthalt wieder mieten werde.

Un endroit très calme et agreable

Le studio est tres beau Un endroit comme chez sois, l’expérience n’a rien a voir avec une chambre d’hôtel qui est d’habitude froide et impersonnelle. Les meubles, les peintures et les électroménagers sont de bonne qualité. Le balcon est un havre de paix dans le 13 emme arrondissement.

Sehr schönes Appartement

Viel Platz, diverse Sitzmöglichkeiten. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden. Helles Licht im Bad, Kosmektikspiegel, Handtücher in verschiedenen Farben. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter (wohnt im Haus). Sehr ruhige Gegend, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Bus und Metro gut zu erreichen.

Appartamentino molto carino

Piccolo appartamento carino ben arredato e di gusto. Non manca nulla e abbiamo trovato bagno, cucina e soggiorno a misura per due persone senza fronzoli... Tutto a portata di mano. Un gift di benvenuto e tanta cortesia da parte della signora che ci ha accolto. Si trova in una zona tranquilla e con il bus 67 andate praticamente ovunque verso il centro città. Siete vicini a negozi e ristoranti per tutti i gusti e a un grande centro commerciale in place d'Italie. Consigliato....

Paisible et confortable

Ce studio bien qu un peu excentre dans le 13eme arrondissement de Paris est un havre de paix. Il est très bien agencé, fonctionnel et très propre. L accueil du propriétaire prévenant est des plus agréable. J ai passé un excellent séjour . Les nombreux transports collectifs dont Paris bénéficie sont à 2 pas voire même dans la rue.
