Super comfy living area with pull-out bed and snuggly recliner. Brand new gorgeous kitchen with all amenities. Mounted swivel large TV screen so you can watch in bed or on the couch. Comfy outdoor deck chairs and table. Permitted free parking; we'll give you a permit to use while you're here.

Guests have their own private entrance and their own deck that looks out over a garden and a beautiful tree canopy.

We are always available to answer questions and points guests in the right direction. We also provide a guide to great spots to enjoy in Boise, including a map to hiking trails, the river and greenbelt (our beautiful path along the river that stretches from the east end to Eagle) and other scenic spots.

The Birds Nest is on one of the two most historic streets in Boise - Warm Springs Ave. Homes here are magnificent and elegant. Just taking a walk down the street is a beautiful experience. We are also a 10 minute walk to downtown, to Whole Foods, and to St. Lukes, Idaho Shakespeare Festival and the Botanical Garden, and to the Boise River, Greenbelt and miles of hiking trails. The east end is considered one of Boise's most desirable neighborhoods.

You can get around on bike or car or walk to the best attractions Boise has to offer.

In winter, we are only 17 miles from Bogus Basin Ski resort. In summer, we are only 20 minute drive from Lucky Peak Resevoir, which is wonderful for renting a boat or paddleboarding for the day.
We provide all house manual information in the studio when you arrive.

Perfect location

Easy to walk to downtown and the central location makes a quick drive to various points in Boise. Cute and nice and clean.

Warm Springs Hidden Gem

The Birds Nest was a perfect place for myself , I stayed 8 nights. Great location for downtown bars & restaurants. I brought plenty of food and drinks for the perfect little kitchen to serve up my tea & make a few snacks& meals. The upstairs living area was comfortable for my friends & family to visit. Host Laurie was always available & quick to respond at any request. I had a wonderful time & will be back again. P.S. I really didnt want to leave this nest. I could live here by myself very easily. Thank you Laurie for everything!

Dr. appointments and catching up with friends

It was great! The owners were always available for calls and texts when we had questions. The area is perfect if you have any medical or business appointments in downtown Boise & it’s close to BSU and restaurants. We will be back!
