Great place, easy location

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfect. 15-20 minute drive everywhere. Location has everything you need for a short or long stay. Property management and very responsive and communicates well.

Quiet

The property was clean and very quiet which was very nice. Management wanting to charge me $45 for a 1 hour late check-out is my reason for a low star rating and the reason I would never stay here again.

John, We are sorry you weren't happy with the late check out fee. When guests stay after check out without alerting us, our cleaning crews have to either travel to another cleaning job or wait in the street for guests to vacate. The $45 fee is an attempt to fairly compensate our cleaning crews (made up of 3 professionals) for their lost time.

This upscale condo is in between Boise and Meridian, so it is centrally located for all your travel needs. It is clean and the bedrooms were a perfect size. It was nice to have a full bathroom and closet in each bedroom. The additional half bathroom downstairs was convenient. The host was responsive to emails and texts.

Changed my opinion on VRBO rentals.

I've been burned in the past on these DIY bed and breakfast and have had a sour taste about staying in anything like them for a number of years now. I am glad that I took the leap and stayed at this house. It was extremely clean, it was well equipped, directions were simple to check in, and exit directions were clear and concise. I will 100% stay again the next time I'm in Boise.

Headline for potential renters: this place was generally fine. Not great, but adequate. I am giving it a "poor' rating for the quality of the customer service I received when relatively small things went wrong. It is my hope that perhaps the owner of this property will see this and know what his manager is like... Small stuff: 1) The TV didnt have a netflix app. When I went to add one (the add said it would and my family had been planning on it), it said I needed a password to add it. When I texted the manager, she refused to give me a password to add it and just kept telling me she'd get it fixed tomorrow (I was a one night renter so why she thought fixing it tmrw would be on any help to me, I don't know. When I asked her to refund $50 to make up for it, she ignored me. Ghosted me. When I asked a second time, she replied "I unfortunately cannot provide a refund because the TV was in fact working." Honestly, the snark of "in fact" is basically what imspired me to bother with this review. It is reflective of the general lack of ability to get in the customers' shoes that marred this rental. 2) Before I even checked in, I got 6+ emails from 3 different email addrresses about this rental. When I went to check in, I couldn't find the one with the door code and texted to ask for it. The reply that I got from the manager was "I emailed it to you on x date and am forwarding it again now." I didn't think much of it at the time but after the snark, I went back and looke

Clean and centrally located to everything

This home is very clean and in close proximity to both Boise and Meridian. We were here to support our young adult son who was starting cancer treatment so we probably spent more time staying in than most people do and were appreciative of the Apple TV connection (even if running the remote required an advanced degree!). As a heads up, the couch is very small and not terribly comfortable. Plenty of seating for meals and visiting but definitely lacks cozy places to hang and watch movies or relax. Overall, still a great place for the price.

We are senior citizens and did not do well with the stairs. The handicap parking was convenient. There was a TV but no cable or satellite. Apple TV was too unfamiliar to us. We appreciated the Tech help but we still found it too difficult to use. Everyone was very pleasant and we would just try a different location next time.

We bought this home and two others next door because we loved the location and the design & quality of these townhomes. They are perfectly laid out for short term stays due to the two master suites upstairs and the cozy entertaining space downstairs.

What makes this property unique

This home is unique because it has two master suites each with master baths upstairs and a first floor that is perfect for social time including a half guest bath. It's also located right in the center of the treasure valley making it a breeze to get pretty much anywhere.
