Whole month rentals are required. Move in is always on the first of the month at 4pm and move out is on the last day of the month at 11pm.

The Mandalay Beach Club requires you to fill out a tenant application online. If Mandalay rejects your application, your reservation will be void, and all money paid, except the $100 applications fee, will be returned to you provided that you completed and submitted your tenant application 30 days prior to your check in date.
