This incredible Idaho Club custom vacation home is located within the gated Idaho Club Golf Community of Sandpoint, Idaho. Enjoy easy, year-round access to Sandpoint, the Schweitzer Resort, and Lake Pend Oreille. You'll also be conveniently close to an amazing golf course and near fantastic options for hiking and biking.

This beautifully furnished home, adorned with lots of amazing local art, features two living areas, an open, well-equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances, a dining area, and a large, furnished deck. The upper loft boasts a living area with a TV and a poker table for game nights. For sleeping options, choose from five luxurious bedrooms, including a gorgeous primary suite.

This home also includes central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

This is a great vacation home for two families to share in a true North Idaho experience of comfort and access to all that Sandpoint has to offer.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The hot tub on the deck is locked and is not available for guest use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everything in the house was great. No complaints with the bedrooms and amenities, except for the hot tub. The property was advertised with a hot tub, however, it appeared to not be working or available for use. There was also no information available in relationship to the hot tub. Having the hot tub available for use would have been nice, but also not a deal breaker.

So close, but missed the mark. The house was large, lovely, and in a convenient location between the mountain and town. But the finishes (sheets, towels, kitchen wares) were sub-par for a high-end rental and the whole house needs a good cleaning.

Great ski vaca lodging for two families with school age kids

Great home to unwind after skiing - about 30 min from the ski base parking lot. Lots of bedroom / bed options, lovely space for relaxing. Garage had a basketball hoop game which was a fun surprise for the kids. Oversized garage nice for unloading and loading. Ice maker wasn’t working and microwave missing the turntable. Otherwise, high end appliances and fully kitted out kitchen. Highly recommend this home for big families or multi-family get away.

Beautiful home in a wonderful location

The home was large enough for our family, giving space as needed and yet cozy. The location, near the river and open spaces was beautiful and calming. It is about 15 minutes outside town where there are amenities, so not too far away. We were there for a family Christmas vacation and everyone loved it!
