Luxury apartment on 5th floor of Puerto Paraíso with wonderful views and unbeatable location.
You can enjoy a large terrace and its impressive total views of the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and North Africa. You will enjoy observing the pleasure boats and leaving the marina that is at your feet or the people enjoying its varied terraces.
You will not need to be at your fingertips. The beaches of El Cristo and The Rada with the blue flag of the EC (3 minutes walk.), The beautiful old town (10 minutes walk by a beautiful seafront walk), 2 supermarkets (1 minute walk).

The apartment is very spacious and bright. It has all the amenities you need at home (CLIM., WIFI, International TV channels).
The main room has a large 180x200 bed and a large bed and a large bedroom with a king size bed .... ¡¡wonderful views !! It can be very interesting for couples with children.

Nice but not luxury

The property is conveniently placed for bars and restaurants around the port and is a twenty minute walk into the old town. The apartment is spacious with comfortable lounge seating. Kitchen is good, cooker worked well. Good 'fridge and freezer space . Needs more glass and crockery to be better equipped. Both bedrooms were very good, excellent beds, very comfortable. Convenient bathrooms to each room. Front bedroom suffered noise from the street below, could be improved by double glazing.

Fine but not luxury !

- Ok apartment, but definitely not luxury ! - The hole building needs an update, especially the pool -location is in the scrappy end but a short walk from beach promenade - No AC in the masterbedroom ! - check-in lady very stressed and doesn’t speak english - elevator to 5. floor very often out of order + very nice balcony w. a nice view + lots of restaurants + full kitchen + works very fine w. 2 seperate rooms w own bathroom with access from the room.

Its all about location

The photo's say it all ! The views of Gibraltar and north africa are fantastic. The Vista from the balcony changes hourly. Watching the fishing boats returning or big ships entering the straights. The apartment is situated right above some great restaurants but far enough away that noise is not a problem. Onsite parking was impossible but onstreet parking was always available within a short walk. Two large supermarkets were less than a 2 min walk away. The main beach always had plenty of room with lots of sunbeds to choose from. The pool in the grounds was just ok. Our welcome was first class nothing was too much for the lady who met us. She actually carried our luggage to the apartment. She kept in text contact throughout the stay acting as a virtual tour guide. Most welcoming. The apartment was ok. Most annoying thing was the height of the wall around the balcony when you sat down you could not see out! Don't let that put you off we would go again. Dave

Perfect location for sightseeing

Apatrment was very spacious, amazing views of Gibraltar and Africa. We had a problem with the plumbing but this was quickly dealt with by the owner. We had a fantastic holiday and will certainly return.

Wouldn't say its Luxury, it's the view that's nice. Furniture is basic so are the bathrooms. We lost our electricity for 32 hours, food in the freezer ruined. ( Owner hadn't payed his bill) Owner Jon offered to treat us to a meal in compensation, he booked the restaurant, along we went, had a lovely meal, but only to told by the restaurant manager we had to pay the bill. Never received our money from Jon the owner, he never spoke to us again Untrustworthy

nicht ganz Luxus

das Haus war leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sehr hellhörig. Die Wohnung war renoviert und relativ gut ausgestattet. Leider war nur selten ein Parkplatz frei ! Sehr störend war die Tatsache, dass wir nur 1 Chip für die Eingangstore hatten.Und ohne den kam man nicht in die Anlage !

Hallo Heidemarie Die Wohnung, die sich direkt neben unserer befindet, wurde gerade gebaut, als Sie in Estepona ankamen. Zweifellos muss der Lärm in diesen Tagen ärgerlich gewesen sein. Obwohl ich es nicht vermeiden konnte, verstehe ich Ihr Unbehagen. Außerdem war die Wand der Eingangstür aufgrund der Stöße und Vibrationen der Maschinen teilweise gebrochen. Ein paar Tage nach dem Verlassen der Arbeit in der Wohnung nebenan war alles wieder normal. Ich ließ die Eingangswand von einem Maurer reparieren. Ich hoffe, Sie kommen ein anderes Mal zurück und genießen einen ruhigen Urlaub. In diesem Fall mache ich Ihnen gerne ein "spezielles" Angebot, um Sie in irgendeiner Weise zu entschädigen. Ich wünsche dir alles Gute. Jon

Wohnung und Lage

Wir möchten uns noch einmal bedanken für die schöne Wohnung, in bester Lage von Estepona, mit einem traumhaften Blick über den Hafen. Wir waren zu viert und alle fanden es wunderbar. Bei kleinen Problemen oder Fragen hat unser Vermieter immer sehr schnell per Mail geantwortet und für Erklärung oder Abhilfe gesorgt. Gerne würden wir wieder mieten, wenn wir wieder in die Gegend reisen.
