Appartement impeccable, très bien situé, très très bien équipé, seul bémol,revoir(ou refaire la salle de bain)baignoire inadaptée pour une personne âgée, très haute et dangereuse avec cette marche.sinon tout le reste est parfait!l

bonsoir, heureusement que vous n'avez pas mis les photos de la salle de bain sinon je ne l'aurai pas réservé. Pas de ventilation dans la salle bain celle ci est en enfilade entre la cuisine et la chambre une baignoire surélévée non adaptée à des personnes avec des problemes de santé, par contre le lavabo à 80cm du sol donc se plier en deux pour se laver les dents un toilette coincé entre un mur et un radiateur donc meme pas 70 CM de largeur entre la machine à laver et le la vabo vous avez 40 cm de largeur je vous dis pas la nuit quand vous allez aux toilettes sans allumer pour ne pas réveiller votre conjoint le parcours du combattant en plus dans tout l'appartement à été posé du lino sur un parquet trtès abimé donc dès que vous marchez quelque soit l'endroit ça craque très fort comme dans une maison hantée. Sur l'annonce était marqué qu'il y avait un parking c'est exact seulement il est payant on a du prendre un forfait de 21 jours à 35 euros pour etre tranquille car plusieurs fois la police municipale vérifie donc vous rajoutez à 739 euros les 35 euros du parking ce qui nous fait 774 euros très cher pour 37 m2 au mont dore. Le positif à 2 mn des thermes. Du coup je ne ferai plus de cure au mont dore appartement trop cher comme sur la cote d'azur et boutiques alimentation et restos très chers.
