Beautiful single-storey villa with sea and Montgo views, 4 bedrooms and private pool

In a residential environment with beautiful views of the sea and the Montgo, 2 km from the city center and the beaches of Denia, is this independent villa completely renovated in 2017, very sunny all year round, on over 800m2 of trees not overlooked with private swimming pool in L 8x6x4m and outdoor shower.

The house has a large garage (one vehicle) with wc and direct access to the swimming pool, a laundry room and a parking space in front of the house. The house offers large terraces with a pergola and a BBQ which is 3m from the kitchen.

The villa has beautiful interior volumes: a bright living room with a dining room and an open fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc.), 4 beautiful bedrooms with plenty of storage space that can accommodate 7/8 people, 2 bathrooms, one with bath and the other with Italian shower. Also at your disposal, TV, HIFI (bluetooth), WIFI, alarm and reversible air conditioning throughout the house and a wood stove. Linen provided by the house.

The house is ideal for enjoying your holidays with family or friends.
The town of Dénia is very pleasant, it offers beautiful walks in the Montgo nature reserve or by the sea, kilometers of sandy beaches, a fishing and marina port, the castle, two golf courses, the crossing for the Balearic Islands and has many bars and restaurants. We will be happy to share with you the different addresses of the many activities that Denia offers.

Very modern and cozy house

The house had everything we could have asked for. It is very clean, modern and charming. We were a family of 5 and had plenty of space. The pool is great. Both the owners as well as the local property manager were very helpful and responsive. We will be back.

Truly wonderful villa a few minutes drive from Denia. Gro has been a superb host, answering questions regarding the villa prior to booking, to checking in with us for various options for configuring bedrooms just before our arrival, and for just making us feel very welcome in her home. The villa itself is stunning and the pictures, although striking, probably didn't do the the property justice. There was a definitely a few wow moments walking through for the first time.Lovely communal kitchen and dining room area with views out to Denia, the castle and the sea beyond. We didn't want for anything in the kitchen, very well appointed with lots of gadgets and kitchenware. I've never seen such an array of knives, glasses and grocery. All four bedrooms had air conditioning too which was a must as I don't think the temperatures dropped below early twenties during the night and definitely not what we're accustomed to.Outside the wonderfulness continued, lots of sitting areas around the pool and in shady little knooks. Fantastic bbq area with a couple of options for traditional or gas.We parked our 7 seater mini van in front of the main garage for ease but I assume that was avaliable for use if you preferred to keep your vehicle cool.We made use of the many beach chairs, sun shades, lilos etc for days round the pool and occasional trips to the beach. Denia by car was five mins, Xabia - twenty, Altea - forty. Overall a superb stay, you'll definitely not be disappointed.

Es hat alles gut geklappt.Vorbereitung und Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut. Sehr nette Personen bei der Hausübergabe.Das Haus sehr sauber,grosszügig und perfekt eingerichtet.Die Aussicht unbezahlbar. Fabulous stay

Gro’s villa is absolutely beautiful. We turned up and we’re met by Alba who looks after the house. She showed us round and is just wonderful. She even brought us a cake one day when we mentioned we were in Spain for our wedding. The pool was pristine and just gorgeous. The kitchen had everything you could ever need in it. Gro was amazing leading up to it because we were worried our wedding might get cancelled due to Covid. She also gave us a list of beaches and restaurants in the area and checked in while we were there to check we were having a nice time. For us it was the perfect location, on the montgo but only a 5 minute drive into town. We have only amazing memories and positive things to say about our stay!

ALOJAMIENTO IDEAL PARA FAMILIAS

La comunicación con Gro fue muy fluida en todo momento y siempre atenta. La casa se corresponde perfectamente con la descripción y las fotografías. El equipamiento tanto de menaje como de lencería (toallas y ropa de cama) es muy completo y de muy buena calidad y los electrodomésticos están como nuevos. La limpieza de la casa es impecable. El jardín, la barbacoa y la piscina son el complemento perfecto para disfrutar al máximo de la estancia en casa de Gro. 100% recomendable para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia.

Un lujo en Denia

La casa de Gro es exactamente eso: un lujo. Limpia, decorada con gusto, bien equipada y con un jardín con piscina, porche y bbq que harán que no quieras salir de allí. El coche es imprescindible para casi cualquier cosa. Un 10 para la amabilidad de Gro y también de Alba y su marido que nos recibieron y estuvieron atentos a cualquier detalle. Volveremos y a la próxima con los niños!!!!

Awesome Holiday

The contact with the owner of the upfront was totally great! Response was always within a few hours for any questions. We had a warm welcome of the guys taking of the facility and everything was showed to us nice and friendly! The house itself is in a awesome place with a great few on the Montgo and also to the sea on the other side. The house is in a perfect condition, has a lot of space and all kind of kitchen tools you need. The area outside is also great with a outdoor kitchen BBQ, a great table to dine and sit together. Smaller chillout areas and the great terrace makes it perfect to relax and calm down. The pool area is also a nice place to have some fun or just to relax in the sun. Due to the small stairs in the pool also kids can sit in the pool and play around. I absolutely can recommend this house by 100% to everybody!

Hemos disfrutado de una maravillosa estancia en ésta casa que, tal y como se describe, tiene todo tipo de comodidades. Es preciosa, muy tranquila y más bonita de lo que las fotos permiten apreciar. Está totalmente equipada con todo lo que se pueda necesitar tanto dentro como fuera de la misma y a pocos minutos de Denia y de todos sus servicios, aunque es verdad que casi no dan ganas de dejar la casa......Además Gro y Jean-F.,son encantadores y nos han facilitado mucho todo. Podemos confirmar que realmente ha merecido la pena y es totalmente recomendable. Volveríamos encantados

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison de plein pied, très bien équipée, entièrement rénovée et décorée avec goût par les propriétaires. Elle est très confortable et baignée de lumière tout au long de la journée. Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse qui domine la belle piscine et sur laquelle nous avons passé de longs moments à admirer la montagne et la mer. Le jardin est magnifique, plein d'arbres fruitiers et d'arbustes fleuris. Elle est située dans un endroit calme et résidentiel, tout y était parfait pour y passer un excellent séjour.
