You will be in awe of the view once you see the openness of Table Rock Lake from this upper level condo. You won't be able to stop looking.

This is an open concept condo so you have a view from the living room, dining room and kitchen. The master suite is lakeside so you wake up to the pristine view of Table Rock Lake. The kitchen is equipped so you just need to buy the groceries and start your meal prep. With two bedroom and two bathrooms, you have room for 8 guests. The lakeside bedroom has a king bed with flat screen TV and shares a door for the common bath with jetted tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a queen sofa sleeper, mounted flat screen TV with a private bath and tub/shower combo. The living room has a new 50" Smart TV, queen sofa sleeper and plenty of room for 8 guests. Enjoy morning coffee or the evening sunset on the deck of Sanctuary IV.

Great view, quiet

Beautiful, water view. Manager was easy to communicate with and eager to fix a few issue. Well stocked unit... comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of seating both in living room and dining area. Kitchen was adequately stocked.

It was as described. Was impressed with the view. Wonderful for the price. The only issue was that it was hard to find due to no street sign. Overall great stay! Would book again!

Property has great water views. Nice spacious place. Had a little trouble with the air one day but the owner responded right away and the air issue actually fixed itself lol. It also was the first time it’s been 90+ outside so that was probably it! Close to Branson & the lake perfect spot

Overnight Stay Kimberling City

We were driving through and needed a place to stay overnight. This condo was comfortable for our group for the night and had a beautiful view of the lake in the morning! The only issue we had was finding the condo complex when we arrived. It would have been nice to have some clearer directions on how to get to the complex because it is not on a main road and the side road that you have to take to get to the complex is not clearly marked and currently under construction.akto the complex beis not

Great space with a great view.

My family and I visited the area to go to Silver Dollar City and Dogwood Canyon. This was a perfect location. Quiet and a great view of the lake. A little outdated here and there and we had a little difficulty finding it because GPS won’t take you directly to the address but overall, great experience. Thanks.

Vacation 2022

This was a vacation before our children goes back to school. First time bring out boat to Table Rock. Very beautiful. Condo was very nice clean and loved the view of the lake.

Great getaway

It is perfect for a weekend getaway. So close to Dogwood Canyon, great restaurants at the top of the hl and about 30 mins from the landing. Water access and a little beach. Well definitely be back when it is warm enough to swim.

Fantastic Location and Views

What a great property! The views of Table Rock Lake were stunning, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had most everything you could ask for during a short stay. The complex was quiet with adequate parking and well kept over all. We will definitely be back!

Nice place!

The place was great. The owner included a map, which was helpful to a degree. Unfortunately, the signage in the community didn’t include the numbered building we were looking for! We arrived late at night and drove through the complex a bit before finding someone to ask. That’s the only was we would’ve found the building as it’s a bit off the main path. Great place, albeit a couple appliances need updating such as the dishwasher and the coffee pot works but was not the best. It kept percolating nonstop! Needed to take our own towels, but the owner communicated that ahead of time so was not a problem. We would go back again! Thanks!!

Beautiful view and condo

The view was wonderful. Plenty of room for our family of four. The mattress in the second bedroom was very soft and thin. The owner had great communication with us when we needed some extra items.
