This wonderful year-round home is just a short walk to the charming "Old Town Heritage District" of Niagara-on-the-Lake with its unique atmosphere. Head out the door and walk to town for lunch and browse the shops, art galleries & world-renowned theaters. The public library and community center with a café shop are only steps away as well as the public transit bus that takes you around town and the largest outlet mall in the area. Walk to the famous Jackson-Triggs Winery and enjoy many events and concerts. Please make sure you don't miss every Saturday morning's farmer's market where you can get fresh locally grown fruits and vegetables and every Wednesday's "supper market" where you can buy food from local vendors and eat outdoors while enjoying a live band. Both of these are just a short walk from the house.

Come back home and relax at this comfortable three-bedroom, 4 bath house. This home offers a nice floor plan with two spacious bedrooms upstairs and an additional sitting room with a TV and pull-out sofa bed. The master bedroom with an en-suite bath is on the main level. Plenty of space to gather in the kitchen and dining area which is open to the Great Room. The Great Room is bright and airy with a vaulted ceiling and lots of natural light.

This beautiful home has been newly furnished with smart TVs which enable you to sign in to your favorite subscribed, internet sites like Netflix and YouTube.

Take a tour of local wineries and microbreweries, a relaxing stroll in the "Old Town Heritage District" to browse the unique shops or the lakeside boardwalk. With so many options you'll want to stay for more than a week! You will be able to stay connected, during the prime season with high-speed unlimited WiFi. Wonderful experience from check in to check out. House was very roomy for a group of 8. Well appointed house including kitchen. Clean, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Easy 15-20 minute walk to downtown area. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay again.
