Larger groups of up to 16 can hire this recently renovated semi-detached chalet with it's sister chalet, Chalet Lydie. Combined the two 4-star properties have 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 200m2 of floor space. Both Chalet de Paul et Marie and Chalet Lydie have Cool for kids status, meaning they have lots of extra equipment, much appreciated by families holidaying with young children.

Guests staying in both chalets love the decor, layout, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and new bathrooms. The owners put a great deal of thought, effort, care and attention into providing all that their guests might require to enjoy a peaceful, calm holiday.

Nature lovers will be happy - the chalet overlooks a meadow below and is surrounded by trees and mountains, with walks from the front door, wildlife over the threshold and spectacular Alpine views.

Chalet Paul et Marie welcomes pets, so the dog or cat can also enjoy the full on moiuntain experience too!

Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.

Please note: this chalet is a semi-detached property. IMPORTANT: during the winter season, please make sure you equip your vehicles with snow tires and chains. It is agreed that electric vehicle charging is not permitted on the property.

Comfort and Stunning Views

The chalet in Manigod is extremely clean and well-maintained. It is a comfortable stay with nice beds and quality bedding. Everything is thought of, and the children have plenty of toys. The view is fantastic. Restaurants and other attractions are all within driving distance. Between 15 minutes and an hour, there is plenty to see and explore. It is a semi-detached property, so you may have neighbors. We had a great stay!

Great views of the valley

Very nice chalet, clean, spacious and well equipped. Great views and lovely walks around the area. Its a long way up to the Chalet (1400m altitude) so don't be surprised if its hot down in Annecy but cool near the top at the Chalet. It is right among the ski lifts and summer walking paths. Manigod is very small but Thones has pretty much all you need. La Clusaz is over the hill and has more cafes and restaurants. Annecy is about 20 minutes away.

Emplacement au calme, chalet très fonctionnel pour 2 familles avec 2 enfants, literie nickel, propreté ok et accueil super. Navette proche pour aller à Croix Fry. Chalet mitoyen mais nous n'avions pas de voisins le temps de notre séjour.

Manigod est l’endroit idéal pour des vacances d’été à 1 500 m d’altitude. Toutes les activités sont à proximité. La vue depuis le chalet est tout simplement époustouflante, l’une des plus belles que nous ayons jamais vues. Le chalet est très bien entretenu et parfaitement équipé. Tout était parfait.

Le chalet Paul et Marie est parfait, tant sur la propreté, que sur l’équipement, tant sur l’environnement que sur le paysage. Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire, la vue est magique, les photos du site représentent très bien le chalet. Vous pouvez le louer les yeux fermés, vous passerez d’excellentes vacances !

Séjour en montagne tranquille avec vue

Le chalet est situé au calme et offre une vue imprenable. De plus, il a un jardin privatif (non clôturé). Il est complètement équipé (cuisine, literie, meubles de jardin, machine à laver, séchoir, télévision) avec des matériaux de qualité. Il est parfaitement insonorisé (nous n'avons pas une fois entendu nos voisins). L'accès au chalet se fait par un chemin rural qui mène au car-port du chalet. Il s'agit d'une voie sans issue, donc la tranquillité est assurée. Les échanges de courriels et le contact sur place ont été très sympathiques, de la réservation en passant par les étapes à suivre (acompte, caution...), jusqu'à la remise des clés et notre départ. Tout était bien structuré, sans mauvaise surprise, nous avons eu des réponses à toutes nos questions.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le chalet est très bien situé, à 5 minutes du col de la Fry, avec une vue exceptionnelle et d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons été accueillis par Sophie, d'une gentillesse extrême. N'hésitez pas, tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour recharger les batteries.

Très beau séjour

La situation de ce chalet est idéale, très calme et en cul de sac, magnifique vue sur les montagnes et la vallée depuis le salon et les chambres. Le chalet est très propre, bien agencé et décoré, tout le nécessaire est disponible (toilette, ménage, cuisine, jardin,..), très belles chambres bien agencées, literie très confortable. Les petits plus : la livraison du pain le matin, le panier de bienvenue, le wifi, la situation et la vue. Nous reviendrons !

Le chalet de Paul et Marie est un havre de paix dans un petit coin de paradis. Tout le confort possible en pleine nature. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue magnifique sur la chaîne des Aravis, le confort du chalet, les nombreux départs de randonnée à quelques minutes, la possibilité d’utiliser le poêle à bois, la petite histoire du lieu avec toutes les instructions et enfin les produits locaux laissés à notre intention étaient excellents. La semaine de vacances a passé trop vite et il a été difficile de partir. Nous aimerions revenir si nous le pouvons un hiver.

Superbe chalet, confortable bien équipé. Bien situé, avec une vue magnifique, et au calme. Proche du col de croix Fry c'était parfait. Nous avons eu la visite de chevreuils! Nous sommes super contents de notre séjour et espérons revenir bientôt!
